PEELINGS ZUR INTENSIVREINIGUNG

Ein bis zweimal pro Woche sollte unsere Gesichtshaut (wie auch die des Körpers!)  intensiv von vor allem abgestorbenen Hautzellen und tiefsitzendem Schmutz gereinigt werden - dies gibt einerseits dem Hautstoffwechseln eine Frischekick, andererseits lässt es die Haut neu erstrahlen und nimmt ihr den "Grauschleier", den Hautschuppen verursachen. 

Ideal dazu geeignet sind Peelings! 

PEELINGS FOR INTENSIVE CLEANSING

Once or twice a week, your facial skin (as well as your body´s skin!) should be cleansed intensively to remove dead skin cells and deeply engrained dirt - this, on the one hand, provides your skin a kick of freshness, on the other it helps the skin to recover and to re-unvail its radiant appareance by removing the old cells which make a grey "veil" in your face. 

The best way to do so is by means of peelings!

Prinzipiell gibt es drei Arten von Peelings: oberflächliche, mitteltiefe und tiefe. Oberflächliche betreffen nur die oberste Hornschicht der Haut; beim mitteltiefen wird die gesamte Hornschicht chemisch entfernt; beim tiefen schliesslich wird die Haut bis zur Kollagenschicht abgetragen. Die letzten beiden Verfahren sind also sehr aufwändig, schmerzhaft und benötigen zwischen 1 und mehreren Wochen Abheilungszeit, sodass es sich dabei um Eingriffe handelt, die wohl in die Hände eines Hautarztes gehören. Allerdings kommen solche Extrempeelings wohl auch nur bei ausgesprochen vorgeschädigter Haut zum Einsatz. Jemand der seine Haut prinzipiell gut pflegt, wird wohl immer mit oberflächlichen Peelings sein Auslangen haben. 

In principle, there are 3 different kinds of peelings: superficial, medium-deep, and deep peelings.

 Superficial peelings only affect only the epidermis with its dead sells; by means of the medium-deep peeling the epidermis is removed chemically; and by the deep peeling, finally, also the dermis is removed. Of course these two methods are extremely extensive, painfull, and need between one and several weeks of time to heal - therefore, interventions like these should only be carried out by a dermatologist. However, such interventions are only reasonable - if at all! - in case of extremely damaged skin. Somebody who takes care for his skin will always get by with a superficial peeling. 

Das Wirkprinzip eines oberflächlichen Peelings ist einfach: Beigefügte Schleifpartikelchen entfernen abgestorbene Hautzellen und verbessern gleichzeitig die Durchblutung. Weitere zugefügte Spezialsubstanzen können dann noch die Geschmeidigkeit der Haut und ihr Aussehen verbessern.

The principle of a superficial peeling is very easy: Tiny abrasive particles thoroughly remove dead skin cells and improve the bllod ciculation of the skin. Additional special ingridients can improve supleness and appareance of the skin. 

Selbstverständlich geht der Anwendung eines Peelings die tägliche Grundreinigung des Gesichts mit entsprechenden Produkten voraus!

Nachher sollte die Haut tonisiert und mit der entsprechenden Feuchtigkeitspflege versorgt werden. 

Of course, before applying a peeling the skin should be cleansed as usually with the corresponding products! 

Afterwards, tonisation is important and application of corresponding moistureizing products. 

PROZEDERE:

• Nach der Reinigung Gesicht nicht vollständig trocken tupfen.

• Produkt auf Stirn, Kinn, Wangen und Nase auftragen, Augenpartie dabei aussparen.

• Mit den FINGERSPITZEN in sanften kreisenden Bewegungen einmassieren - NICHT mit den gesamten Handflächen das Gesicht "bearbeiten", weil das die Haut zu sehr stresst!

• Spülen Sie Ihr Gesicht mit warmem Wasser ab.

• Mit einem sauberen Handtuch trocken tupfen, nicht rubbeln. 

PROCEDURE:

• After cleansing leave face moist.

• Apply product on forehead, chinn, cheaks, and nose - avoid your eye area.

• Massage face withthe TIPS OF FINGERS with gentle movements - DO NOT "work in" the product with the palms of your hands since this causes to much stress to your skin!

• Rince your face with warm water.

• Dap your face dry with a clean towel, do not rub.
